Fighting Poverty Can Be Bipartisan Effort

Hundreds of thousands of healthy Food Stamp and Medicaid recipients report no income. Yet we know work is essential for permanent poverty alleviation. It's time to break away from focusing solely on increasing welfare spending. We must create a system that promotes work and a pathway out of poverty.
