Gov. Unions: Pennsylvania's Biggest Political Spenders

For years state and local governments have taken campaign contributions out of workers’ paychecks—and sent them directly to government union leaders’ political funds. Government unions are the only entities with the unique political privilege. In just the past decade they have used it to spend more than $59 million on politics through their PACs.
