Right to Work

about

Pennsylvanians deserve freedom and choice. However, most public sector workers have been forced to join a government union or pay a "fair share fee," whether they want union representation or not. A recent U.S. Supreme Court decision ruled such fees unconstitutional, yet Pennsylvania fair share fee laws still exist. Right-to-Work laws, enacted in 28 other state, protect an employee's choice to join or financially support a union.
