Today 34,000 Pennsylvania kids choose cyber charter schools. Cyber education provides an escape from bulling, flexibility for high level sport, flexibility for health issues, and more. Governor Wolf is trying to limit cyber school enrollment and cut funding, while imposing accountability measures that do not apply to district schools.
